Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued after an approved return has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet L’LUXE® return conditions.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and the L’LUXE® security tag still attached.
  • If a return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any associated return charges are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
  • L’LUXE® reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned used, damaged, altered, missing packaging, missing accessories, or without the security tag attached.
  • For pre-owned luxury items, refunds are only reviewed if the item is professionally determined to be inauthentic and valid written documentation is provided.

Return Policy

Each item from L’LUXE® includes a security tag for product management and authenticity protection. This tag must remain attached to qualify for any return consideration.

Please inspect your item upon delivery before removing the tag.

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • No cancellations are accepted once an order is placed.
  • L’LUXE® does not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or personal preference, including wrong size, change of mind, or the item not meeting expectations.
  • If you have any questions or need further clarification regarding a product’s details or condition, please contact us before purchasing.
  • We are happy to provide additional photos or a more detailed description upon request.
  • In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
  • All applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in the purchase price. No additional charges will apply upon delivery.
  • If an exceptional return is authorized, any return shipping costs and associated charges will be deducted from the refund.
  • In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, the buyer must return the item. If the return is not completed, L’LUXE® reserves the right to report the matter to credit card companies and payment platforms for suspected misuse and to pursue legal action if necessary.

  1. Submit your request through the L’LUXE® Return Portal within 7 days of delivery:

  2. Once the item is shipped back and received, we will investigate and review the submitted information.
  3. After inspection and review, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  4. Please note: Return shipping fees and any related charges are non-refundable.
