Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Sizing and Fit: Supplier size charts are product-specific and may not correspond exactly with standard US or Canadian footwear sizing. Customers are responsible for reviewing the foot-length measurements before ordering.
Receiving the size selected at checkout is considered a sizing or fit matter and is not classified as receiving an incorrect item.
Approved merchandise must be unworn, unused and returned in its original condition with all original packaging, tags and the L’LUXE security tag attached where applicable.
Shoes must be tried on indoors on a clean, soft surface. Footwear showing wear, marks, sole damage or other evidence of outdoor use cannot be accepted for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved return exceptions.
All return requests must be submitted through the L’LUXE Return Portal. Prior authorization is required before sending merchandise back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
