Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation and quality review.

Estimated delivery is typically 15–20 business days, depending on destination, carrier operations, customs processing, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Regions

L'LUXE currently ships to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and select international destinations.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may require 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For authenticated pre-owned luxury items, applicable duties and import charges are included in the final price unless otherwise stated.

For other curated items, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. L'LUXE is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Lost or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay applicable import charges, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.
