For eligible brands and items sourced through our established luxury partner in Japan, authentication is performed using Entrupy, an independent technology-based luxury authentication service.
Entrupy authentication provides an additional layer of independent verification and documented assurance when purchasing eligible previously owned luxury through L’LUXE.
How Authentication Works
01 — Your L’LUXE Purchase
When you purchase an eligible previously owned designer piece from L’LUXE, the item is sourced through our established luxury partner in Japan.
02 — Entrupy Authentication
Eligible items are authenticated using Entrupy’s technology, which combines specialized imaging with artificial intelligence to analyze details of the item and assess authenticity.
03 — Certificate of Authenticity
Once authentication is completed, an Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity is issued for the item.
04 — Your Certificate
Following your purchase, L’LUXE emails you the electronic Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity associated with your piece.
The certificate can be retained as independent authentication documentation for your records.

Entrupy authentication is available only for supported brands, categories, models, and items. Where applicable, authentication information is identified in the individual L’LUXE product listing.
If an item is not eligible for Entrupy authentication, L’LUXE will not represent that item as Entrupy authenticated.
