Receiving the size selected and ordered is treated as a sizing or fit matter and not as receipt of an incorrect item. Returns based solely on sizing, fit, colour preference or a change of mind are not accepted unless specifically approved by L’LUXE.
Eligible return requests are limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, materially incorrect or significantly not as described. Customers must contact L’LUXE within the applicable return period and provide clear photographs or supporting information when requested.
Approved returns must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags, security tags, packaging and accessories intact. Items showing signs of wear, fragrance, makeup, stains, damage or removed security tags may be refused.
Customers are responsible for insured and trackable return shipping unless the item received is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect or significantly not as described. Original shipping charges, customs duties, brokerage fees and taxes are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
