Returns based on sizing, fit, colour preference or change of mind are not accepted unless specifically approved by L’LUXE.

Approved items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all original packaging, labels, accessories and security tags attached where applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrect. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply where permitted.
