Lost or Returned Shipments

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.
Sizing & Fit
Our Ready-to-Wear items follow the specific size chart provided in each product listing. Sizing may not match standard U.S. sizing, as each supplier uses its own measurements.

Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, defective, or significantly misdescribed item.

Return Authorization
