Delivery Delays

Lost or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or other customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.
Sizing & Fit
Our Ready-to-Wear items follow the specific size chart provided in each product listing. Sizing may not match standard U.S. sizing, as each supplier uses its own measurements.
