Security Tag & Inspection
Each LLUXE handbag includes a security tag for product management and authenticity protection. The tag must remain attached to qualify for any return consideration. Please inspect your item upon delivery before removing the tag.
Return Conditions
- LLUXE does not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or personal preference (e.g., size, change of mind, “not as expected”).
- If you need clarification on details or condition, please contact us before purchasing. Additional photos and descriptions are available upon request.
- Order cancellations requested before shipment are subject to a 10% handling fee.
- In the rare case of a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 2 days of delivery. We will review and take appropriate action.
- Duties and import brokerage are included in LLUXE prices. If delivery is refused for any reason, no refund will be issued.
- If an exceptional return is authorized, return shipping costs and any related charges will be deducted from the refund.
- In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, the buyer must return the item. If the return is not completed, LLUXE may report the matter to payment providers for suspected misuse and may pursue legal action.
Return Procedure (If Approved)

Contact us with:
- Order number
- Product name & SKU
- Your full name
- A clear photo showing the security tag attached
- Upon approval, a prepaid return label will be issued by email. Pack securely, attach the label, and ship.
- After inspection, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Return shipping fees and related charges are non-refundable.
