The jacket is intentionally oversized and generously cut through the bust, body and sleeves. The trousers have a more fitted waist and hip measurement than the jacket.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. L’LUXE is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts or returned shipments caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delivery Delays
Pre-order and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of supplier preparation, carrier operations, customs inspections, weather conditions, seasonal demand or other circumstances outside the control of L’LUXE.
Event-Date Orders
Pre-order items cannot be guaranteed for a specific event, vacation or required delivery date. Please order only if you are comfortable with the extended preparation and delivery timeline.
Lost or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel or another customer-related issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests received after the 14-day return period cannot be accepted.
Sizing and Fit
Supplier size charts are not based on standard Canadian or US sizing. Garment measurements and approximate size conversions are provided as a guide only.
When the size ordered and received matches the confirmed order, a sizing or fit concern is considered a sizing issue and not an incorrect item.
Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with all original packaging, tags and the L’LUXE security tag still attached.
Eligible return requests are limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or significantly not as described.
Returns because of sizing, fit, colour preference or a change of mind are not accepted unless specifically approved by L’LUXE.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has been confirmed as defective or incorrect.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved exception returns.
All returns require prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
