Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. L’LUXE is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts or returned shipments resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delivery Delays: Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, customs inspections, weather conditions, seasonal demand or other circumstances outside the control of L’LUXE.
Lost or Returned Shipments: If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel or another customer-related issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests received after the 14-day period cannot be accepted.
Sizing & Fit: Supplier size charts are not based on standard US or Canadian sizing. All garment measurements and size conversions are approximate. Please carefully review the product measurements before ordering.
When the size selected by the customer is correctly supplied, the item is considered correctly fulfilled. A sizing or fit concern is not treated as receipt of an incorrect item.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned with all original tags, packaging and the L’LUXE security tag attached.
Eligible returns are accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or significantly different from the product description.
Returns based on sizing, fit, colour preference or change of mind are not accepted unless specifically approved by L’LUXE.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved return exceptions.
Return requests must be submitted through the L’LUXE Return Portal.
