Prior authorization is required before returning an item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
The garment must be returned unworn, unused and unwashed, with all original tags, accessories and the L’LUXE security tag still attached. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or significantly not as described. Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
