Shipping Policy
Please allow approximately 15–20 business days from order confirmation to delivery. Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Return Policy
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery through the L’LUXE Return Portal. Items must be unworn, unused, hygienic, with tags attached, and in original condition.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused. Due to the delicate and personal nature of swimwear, any item showing signs of wear, washing, deodorant marks, fragrance, or removal of protective liners is not eligible for return.

Prior approval is required before sending any item back, and unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect order.
