How to Measure

Stand straight with feet together and measure from the top of the head down to the floor. |
| Hollow to Floor |
Measure from the hollow space between the collarbones straight down to the floor while standing straight in bare feet. |
| Bust |
Wear an unpadded bra and measure around the fullest part of the bust. Keep the tape relaxed. |
| Waist |
Measure around the natural waist, usually the smallest part of the waist. Keep the tape slightly loose for breathing room. |
| Hips |
Measure around the widest part of the hips, usually about 7 inches below the natural waist. |
