Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.
Ready-to-wear and swimwear sizing is supplier-specific and may not correspond with standard US, Canadian, UK, European, Australian or New Zealand sizing. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the measurements supplied in the product listing before ordering.

If the size selected by the customer is correctly sent and corresponds with the order, the return will be treated as a sizing or fit issue rather than an incorrect item.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over undergarments. The protective hygiene liner, original product tags and L’LUXE security tag must remain fully attached.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Returns may be reviewed only when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or significantly not as described.
Returns based on sizing, fit, colour preference or change of mind are not accepted unless specifically approved by L’LUXE.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved discretionary returns.
