Authenticity

Eligible previously owned designer items are authenticated through Entrupy before shipping. When Entrupy authentication applies, an electronic Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity is included with your purchase.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery through your L’LUXE customer account:

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all included accessories and packaging. Previously owned items may show signs of prior wear as described in the listing and shown in the photographs.

For authenticity-related claims, documentation from a recognized professional authentication service may be required.
