Delivery Delays

Lost or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel or another customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.

Sizing & Fit
Our Ready-to-Wear items follow the specific size chart provided in each product listing. Supplier sizing may differ from standard North American and international sizing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart and finished garment measurements before placing an order.

Approved returns must be unworn and unused, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original condition.

Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, defective or significantly misdescribed item.
